Meet Mary
Mary grew up in Queens, New York and attended a combination of NYC public and special needs schools.
Now a young adult, Mary participates in a day habilitation program in the city. She spends her days singing, dancing and learning new skills.
Mary’s light shines brightly and inspires each of us.

We attended NYC Marathon, picked out a great Christmas tree and saw an autism-friendly Broadway musical.
Mary’s mom and cousin successfully ran the 2025 New York City Marathon, and Mary braved the crowds to help cheer them on!
Though we no longer drive a few hours to cut down our tree, Mary makes sure we find a beautiful and fresh tree from local garden center.
